An initial briefing and scoping process is undertaken to identify your team/group development goals and needs.

A bespoke programme is then designed to meet your requirements with a range  of options prepared, with full costings and submitted to you for you consideration.

Where there is conflict between individual team members, or a team menber and their line manager, we offer coached conflict mediation sessions to address and resolve the conflict.
