With over 17 years as a professional coach, as the founder of CoachMuse, my grounding and approach is built on a career in senior leadership roles in healthcare, including operational leadership roles across the sector, and experience in national organisations. These roles have given me a deep understanding of the complexities which leaders encounter, and the practical strategies needed to navigate them effectively. This diverse experience has equipped me with a deep-seated understanding of organisational leadership and management across various healthcare environments.

As a certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach, Team Dynamics Consultant, and trained Psychometric Practitioner, I specialise in creating transformative experiences for my clients, working with executives, Trust boards, senior leaders, and teams to drive growth that enables change, improvement and success. I am also a Coach member of a regional faculty of the NHS Leadership Academy.
I hold an MSc in Healthcare Management and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and the ICF Coach Education (CCE). Additionally, I am qualified with the Myers Briggs Company as an MBTI Personality Assessment Practitioner, Thomas Kilman Conflict Resolution Facilitator and FIRO-B Practitioner.
