Leadership Development Services including Psychometric Services
We have an extensive range of services and products to suit your requirements. In addition to leadership coaching we also provide a range of psychometric assessments as part of our services, that can be included in your coaching programme. Following discussion with you and exploration of your goals your coach will advise and recommend which psychometric development services, are most suitable to achieving your goals and you can then decide if you want these to be included.
Flexible Programme tailored to your goals
Our scheduling of coaching sessions is fully flexible. Session can be booked one session ahead or multiple session over a longer period. You will be sent a link to enable you to book your sessions on line at a time that suits you.
Structured Programme tailored for your goals
If you prefer a more structured approach to the coaching development, we also provide packages, tailored to your requirements. These packages include a psychometric assessments. We discuss with you what your goals are and following discussion, we recommend and prepare a structured programme for you.
Single and ad-hoc coaching sessions
We provide single and ad-hoc coaching sessions for your specific requirement e.g. to prepare for an interview or a key meeting.
We offer virtual and in-person events depending on your needs.
Conflict mediated coaching
Where there is conflict between senior leaders/executive directors, we offer coached conflict mediation sessions to address and resolve the conflict. Typically conflict resolution can be achieved on average in 3-4, one hour sessions.
Leadership Teams/Groups
We also work with leadership teams/groups to support development for a specific purpose e.g. preparation for Care Quality Commission, well led reviews.
