My own coaching journey started after years in senior NHS leadership roles. I knew what it felt like to lead under pressure - holding responsibility for others, managing competing priorities, and pushing through without always having time to step back. On the outside, I looked capable and composed. On the inside, I often felt stretched and alone in the weight of it all.
It was through coaching that I found the breathing space I didn’t know I needed, a space to think differently and reconnect with myself.
That experience led me to train formally as an executive coach and psychometric practitioner. I built on my leadership experience to support others facing the same kinds of challenges - team issues, relationship dynamics, organisational politics, organisational change, tough decisions, and the emotional demands of leadership roles.
Now, through CoachMuse, I work with individuals, teams and organisations to explore what’s really going on - beneath the surface. When delivering our service we provide a supportive and transformative coaching experience that prioritises discovery, innovation, and positive change.
We embrace active listening and curiosity, facilitating reflection for empowering growth and by offering regular feedback and encouraging accountability, we empower clients to own their progress, ensuring an impactful coaching and development experience. I draw on tools like MBTI, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, Political intelligence and leadership assessments, but more than that, I am present, i listen attentively and ask questions that creating the conditions for the coachee to refelct and open up new ways of seeing what is possible.
This work is deeply personal to me; when people have the space to step back and see what’s possible, they often realise they’re more capable than they ever imagined.

As a certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach, Team Dynamics Consultant, and trained Psychometric Practitioner, I specialise in creating transformative experiences for my clients, working with executives, Trust boards, senior leaders, and teams to drive growth that enables change, improvement and success. I am also a Coach member of a regional faculty of the NHS Leadership Academy.
I hold an MSc in Healthcare Management and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and the ICF Coach Education (CCE). Additionally, I am qualified with the Myers Briggs Company as an MBTI Personality Assessment Practitioner, Thomas Kilman Conflict Resolution Facilitator and FIRO-B Practitioner. In addition, I am an Emotions & Behaviours at Work Partner, Positive Workplace Politics Navigator, and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
