CoachMuse Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by CoachMuse (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

CoachMuse specialises in executive coaching and team development, incorporating psychometric testing as part of our offerings. Our services include but are not limited to:

One-on-one executive coaching sessions

Team development workshops

Psychometric assessments and feedback

Customised coaching programs

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during the registration process.

Engage actively in the coaching process.

Respect the confidentiality of other clients and their information.

Notify us promptly of any changes in your contact details or circumstances that may affect your participation.

All fees for our services must be paid within the 30 days of the date of invoice. Payments must be made via bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a charge equivalent to the full session fee.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

All content provided by CoachMuse, including but not limited to materials, documents, assessments, and methodologies used during coaching sessions, remains the intellectual property of CoachMuse. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any materials without prior written consent from us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachMuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.

CoachMuse reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes.
